(i.e. born between Jan 1, 1997 and Dec 31, 2007)
This final of three stages will start near Seabee Steps and take us to the Lookout Point (cf. Stage 1), after which you have to run ONE loop in the Lookout Point area (same loop as in Stage 2). The start is about 30 meters from the Seabee Steps, so as to spread out the field before they go up the steps. Expected race time: 15 - 30 minutes. IMPORTANT: HELMETS ARE COMPULSORY THROUGHOUT THE RACE.

Online payment (early bird 130$) also needs to be done before that time. After this date you are kindly asked to pay 150$ on race day (but do make sure that you have registered online before 9 p.m. on Friday 19th April, 2013). NO REGISTRATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED ON RACE DAY. IMPORTANT --- If you do an online bank transfer, please send the online payment reference number or scanned copy of the bank confirmation page to the race director (events@lantaubuffalos.org). CANCELLATION POLICY --- No refunds for cancellations after Friday 19th April, 2013. The race will be cancelled if there is a red or black rain storm warning, typhoon signal 3 or above at 11 a.m. on race day. Race registrants will not be contacted individually in the event of cancellation, the cancellation notice will be posted on this web page.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS • How many participants are allowed? --- There is no limitation as to the number of participants. • What is the minimum & maximum age? --- Runners born between Jan 1, 1997 and Dec 31, 2007 can take part. • Where do I register? --- Closed. • How do I pay? --- Either by online transfer (130$) or in cash (150$) on race day. • When should I arrive? --- Registration starts at 3:00 p.m. and finishes at 3:40 p.m., so try to be there at 3:00 p.m. • What gear should I prepare? --- Hiking/running gear, MANDATORY HELMET! A cap, sun glasses and water bottle may come in handy. • Is there a water station on the course? --- Yes, at the round-about just in front of the Lookout Point . • Is assistance during the race allowed? --- All runners should be completely self-sufficient, no assistance allowed. SAFETY --- Trail-running and running down steep stairs can be tricky. We advise participants to go out and familiarize themselves with the race course, especially the downhill stairs section. Apart from race course marshalls there will be a sweeper who stays behind the last competitor of a group to ensure that everyone is doing fine.
REGISTRATION --- Registration takes place from 3:00 p.m. to 3:40 p.m. on the Seabee Lane South Playground. Your race number will be given to you at the Registration Desk, together with some pins if you need them. Race belts will be for sale at 20$.
