Discovery Bay is the perfect environment for the serious runner or jogger, with great mix of trail, roads and foot paths. Traffic is no issue, however you may find a couple of Buffalos zooming past you on their MTB or Road Bikes. The popularity of the 10km DB Charity Run (route map here) has continued to grow with locals runners, and with out a doubt the this year's race will once again attract some of top runners in Hong Kong.

You will find the majority of Hong Kong's runners on the two shortest and flattest running routes, namely Bowen Road and Happy Valley Race Course. Hong Kong has arguably some of the greatest trails, with several famous trail races like Trailwalker and Green Power attracting record entrants each year to challenge the Hills and the humidity.
