The 9th Annual Chung Hing Cup Tsuen Wan 10K - Super Summer Challenge Race will be held on 16th August (Sun) at Shingmun Reservoir Cathwater in Tsuen Wan.
Entry fee is HK$120 plus HK$100 for Championchip deposit.
Entry deadline is 27th July
The Southern District X-Country Race will be held on 16th Aug (Sun) at Aberdeen Country Park, starting at 8:30am.
Distance is 8km, also 3.5km or 1.5km for kids. Quota is 700.
Entry fee is HK$60, or HK$40 for those under 18 or above 60. Entry deadline is 25th July

The 25th Annual Thaiquain Cup 10K will be held on the 6th September (Sun) at Pak Tam Chung Country Park, Sai Kung Entries deadline: 24 Aug 2009
