Recommended Reading

During the past year, I have come across some really good books and articles about racing, training, recovery and nutrition to name but a few. Here are some books I have read that I think would be perfect for eternal reference whilst you scratch your head trying to figure out how to squeeze those few extra seconds off the race!

  • Core Performance Endurance (Mark Verstegen and Pete Williams)
  • Zinn and the Art of Triathlon Bikes (Lennard Zinn)
  • Fit Soul, Fit Body (Brant Secunda, Mark Allen, and Stephen R Covey)
  • The Triathlete's Training Bible (Joe Friel)
  • Endurance Sports Nutrition (Suzanne Girard Eberle)
